How do I Refresh my Library?
Refreshing your library
If you're an existing Authors Direct user and recently purchased an audiobook or redeemed a Giveaway Code, but it hasn't shown up in your library, you may need to refresh your library.
1. Make sure you are on the "All Books" tab in your library.
2. Drag your finger from the top of the screen to the bottom and letting go, which will cause the library to refresh.
3. You should see a spinning dial indicating the library is refreshing.
