I haven't received an email with my temporary password to log in
If you didn't receive an automated email containing your temporary password to log in after your first purchase, one of three things likely occurred:
1. Please triple check your
spam/junk folder for an email from
support@authors-direct.com. It is a common occurrence for automated emails to get marked as Junk or Spam.
2. If you are unable to locate the email in the spam/junk folder, a typo may have occurred in your email address during check out, and the email was sent to the incorrect address. If this happens, contact us at
support@authors-direct.com and our support team will be happy to assist you.
3. You already have an Authors Direct account. If you've previously made a purchase from
any participating Authors Direct author, an account has already been created for you. If you need to reset your password, please follow
these steps.

How do I create an account?
Authors Direct automatically creates an account for you the first time you purchase an audiobook. Look for an email with a one-time-use password and instructions on downloading the Authors Direct app. You cannot create an account inside the app.
